The missions of CIS Immobilier
As part of our rental management mandate, we take charge of :
- finding tenants
- signing rental contracts
- monitoring payments and accounting
- a private "owner" account that you can access from your computer, tablet or mobile phone. This account gives you 24-hour access to your booking schedule and details of rentals already made and options in progress. In addition, a notification is automatically sent to you by email each time a new contract is booked. This account also allows you to immediately block any week that you wish to reserve for your personal use.
- Welcoming tenants and handing over the keys
